Delivery

Despatch Policy

We aim to hold stocks of all the items for sale on this website. If the item isn’t in stock we aim to make and send it within 7–10 working days. We’ll let you know if for any reason we don’t expect to be able to meet that deadline. In all cases, payment is taken at the time of ordering.

We try to despatch orders placed by 12pm UK time (Monday to Friday) on the day the order is received, or the next working day.

If you order after 12pm, or at a weekend, your garments may not be despatched until the next working day.

UK

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and is free to all UK addresses for orders up to 15kg. The delivery time is normally 3–5 working days from the date of despatch. It is a trackable service so you can sign in and check the progress of your order and delivery on your Order History page.

You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for an extra £2.50 – this reduces the delivery time to 1–3 working days from the date of despatch.

Or you can upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery for an extra £7.50 – this reduces the delivery time to 1–2 working days from the date of despatch.

Please note that a signature is required for Royal Mail Special Delivery, and also for orders of £80 or over.

If you have given us an email address or mobile number you should receive email or text notifications from Royal Mail updating you on the progress of your delivery.

If your order fails to arrive after 5 working days, please contact us and we’ll trace it. Delivery to a place of work is only guaranteed to the premises, not to the purchaser.

We can’t be held responsible for delays in the delivery service. If weather conditions are such that delivery is likely to be delayed, please bear this in mind when ordering.

EU member states

Our standard charge for delivery to EU member states is between £10 and £70 depending on the order value. The delivery time is normally 5–14 working days from the date of despatch.

All orders are sent on a tracked service so you can sign in and check the progress of your order and delivery on your Order History page.

If your order fails to arrive after 14 working days, please contact us and we’ll trace it.

We currently only ship to the following EU member states:

  • Republic of Ireland
  • Germany
  • France
  • Netherlands
  • Portugal
  • Cyprus
  • Malta

Due to customs problems we cannot currently ship to any EU member states not listed above. However we hope to add more EU member states to the list over the next few months.

The prices on this website include 20% UK VAT (Value Added Tax) which is not payable if your order is being shipped to an EU member state and is therefore deducted from the price in those cases.

Customs charges (import duty and tax) applicable to your country will be added to orders being delivered to the countries listed above, and paid for up-front. Your order will then be shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) terms. This means you won’t receive a customs payment demand when your parcel arrives in your country, and it will clear customs much faster.

Rest of the World (including non-EU countries in Europe, e.g. Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein)

Our standard charge for international delivery is between £10 and £70 depending on the order value. The delivery time is normally 5–14 working days from the date of despatch.

All orders are sent on a tracked service so you can sign in and check the progress of your order and delivery on your Order History page.

If your order fails to arrive after 14 working days, please contact us and we’ll trace it.

We ship to all destinations to which parcels can be sent by Royal Mail and to which we are not prohibited from exporting by import or export restrictions. We aren’t currently aware of any such restrictions affecting us.

The prices on this website include 20% UK VAT (Value Added Tax) which is not payable if your order is being shipped outside the UK and is therefore deducted from the price in those cases.

Non-EU international orders are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms. This means that you are responsible for paying customs charges (import duty and tax) levied by the destination country and processing fees charged by the shipping company. Equafleece Ltd are not liable for any customs charges or processing fees.
