If your measurements don’t match any sizes, please re-take them and try again before contacting us. The majority of sizing help requests are due to the A or E measurements not being taken correctly, or the wrong dog shape being selected.
If you still need help after that, please ensure you include the garment type (e.g. Dog Jumper), your A, B, C, D and E measurements, and the dog breed and age, as we can’t recommend sizes without those details.
