Terms and Conditions

About Us

This website is owned and operated by Equafleece Ltd who are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments or if you need to contact us, please use our Contact Us page or refer to the details at the bottom of this page.

Please see our Privacy Policy for details of the data we collect from you, how it is processed, how long it is retained, and your rights.

Please note that because Equafleece® is a trademarked brand, unlicensed reselling of garments is strictly prohibited. If you want to resell fleece garments, please apply to become a stockist of our HOTTERdog trade range.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click the Checkout button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept a range of credit and debit cards and other payment methods, including PayPal. All items are charged for at the time of ordering. Items placed on back-order, or made to order, are also charged at time of ordering because they are manufactured to order.

If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post, or you may send a crossed UK cheque.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping basket, please contact us and we will correct the mistake.

Equafleece staff can give sizing advice but are not responsible for a garment not fitting.

Equafleece staff are in no way responsible for inaccurate information entered into an order directly by a customer.

When you receive confirmation of your order, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice with your goods. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.

All prices shown on this website include 20% UK VAT (Value Added Tax).

Cancelled orders may incur a charge if they include bespoke items or custom alterations.

All goods are sold subject to our standard conditions of sale.

Despatch Policy

We aim to hold stocks of all the products for sale on this website and try to send out orders on the day the order is received or the next working day.

If any items you have ordered are not in stock, we will back-order and aim to make and despatch them within 7–10 working days. We will let you know if for any reason we do not expect to be able to honour that timeframe. In all cases, payment is taken at the time of ordering. You have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Non-delivery of goods must be reported within 28 days of despatch so we can trace the parcel via our delivery partners. Claims beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.

Returns Policy

Off-the-shelf products are returnable as long as the items are in new condition, do not show signs of having been worn, are not dirty, smelly and are free of hair and scurf.

Bespoke garments (including those with a zip, collar or other alteration) are non-refundable.

The customer is required to pay for returns postage unless the product is found to have a manufacturing fault. Parcels must be returned to our postal address – we are not responsible for collecting from ParcelShops or collection points.

In the event of a manufacturing fault the customer is required to pay for returns postage for the product to be inspected. Once verified, the returns postage will be reimbursed to a maximum value of £3.50 (second class Royal Mail) with a refund, replacement and/or agreed repair.

Tax Charges

Prices on this website include 20% UK VAT (Value Added Tax) which is not payable if your order is being shipped outside the UK or EU and is therefore deducted from the price in those cases.

Customs charges, taxes, import duty, etc, levied by the country of destination are payable by the customer, not by Equafleece Ltd.

Credit/Debit Card Security

Your credit/debit card details and transaction information are processed using secure pages hosted by our payment provider, Adyen, and are encrypted using industry standard 256-bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any website or any of our computer systems.

Guarantee

All items include a 1 year warranty. This does not include any damage caused by the wearer.

No liability is assumed by Equafleece Ltd for damage or injury to any persons or animals resulting from the use of the products supplied.
