Terms & Conditions

Definition:

"The customer" means any customers of equafleece.co.uk

"The company" means equafleece.co.uk

"The contract" means any contract for the sale of good between the company and the customer

Title:

Titles to all goods remains with the company until all the money's payable within the terms of the invoice have been paid in full.

The company reserves the right to repossess all unpaid merchandise without the necessity of any legal actions.

Any invoice discrepancies must be reported within seven days of the invoice or the invoice will become binding without change.

The purchaser is responsible for the inspection of all goods upon receipt and notifying the company of any problems within two working days.

Product listing:

All prices products and specifications are subject to change without notice. Reasonable efforts have been made to compile the product listing as completely and accurately as possible, but there maybe typographical mistakes or errors in content. The company does not guarantee the accuracy of the information contained on this website.

Quantities may be limited and are available while stocks last.

Delivery:

The company cannot be held responsible for product being out of stock or delays in delivery. Every effort will be made to advise the customer of any delays as soon as possible.

A delay in delivery shall not entitle the customer to refuse, postpone or cancel delivery.

Any failure to accept delivery or provide adequate instructions at the time of the order shall bear the customer with all the costs including storage, return delivery and re-stocking charges.

Estimate delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Please check the goods for damage & sign the delivery note accordingly, once goods have been moved damage claims cannot be considered. Damage claims cannot be made for damaged goods on delivery where the delivery notes do not indicate damage. "Not checked" or "unopened" signatures are not acceptable.

In the event of damage a copy of the delivery note signed by the recipient and confirmed by letter to us within 5 days is required for a claim to be considered.

All packing materials and the item must be kept for our insurers to examine.

Warranties:

All items are complete with a 1 year warranty.

Additional warranty clauses:

1) No liability is assumed by the company for damage or injury to any persons / animals resulting from the use of the products supplied.

Returns Policy:

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are ordering the correct product for their requirements.

Refunds for returned merchandise will be made at the current price or the price at which it was purchased, whichever is the lower. Less a 15% re-stocking fee. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and insurance for returned products.

General:

All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. All prices include VAT, orders cancelled may incur a charge. All goods are sold subject to our standard conditions of sale.
