To place an order, begin by selecting the item(s) you want on the website. Each product has a full description of all available information on that product etc. Above each product description is the price (in GBP incl. vat).

Click the ADD TO BASKET button.
If you want more than 1 of the item, adjust the number in the "quantity" field and click UPDATE CART.
If you have finished shopping then click CHECKOUT.
Next you can either sign in as an existing customer (SIGN IN), create a new account (CONTINUE) or proceed directly to the checkout (CHECKOUT).

You will then be provided with a message confirming the creation of your account

Select Credit Card payment and continue.

You now need to confirm the order and enter your credit card details.

The order process is protected via a secure connection so that the data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient.

Important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is sent to the recipient securely via the Internet.

All of the data entered on the protected pages is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

In Internet Explorer, the padlock icon is located at lower right in the status bar of the browser window.

In Netscape, you can tell that SSL is activated if you see a closed padlock in the lower left corner of the browser window.

Our credit card authorisation process is carried out by Streamline.

After signing in you will be asked to continue to the payment page and confirm your order.

This will allow you to proceed directly to the check-out without creating an account.

If at any stage you want to continue shopping, click SHOPPING and you will be returned to the home product page.
