All our parcels are despatched via 1st class mail. On the whole this is an excellent service with most of our customers receiving their goods the next day. However if your order has not arrived after a full week please contact us and we will find out why.
More and more people realise that dogs, and especially very young, elderly or thin coated dogs, feel the cold and hate the rain just as much as people and horses do. Our fleece products are warm, light in weight, easy to wear, machine washable but above all water repellent.
Whilst most of our products should be available in Hi-viz Pink we are struggling to build up stock in all our products and sizes due to the current surge in orders. We apologise for this delay but hope to bring you the ultimate in visibility as soon as we can get back to production rather than despatch.
Our fleece coats and jumpers for dogs are weather repellent, the swiftest means of drying a wet animal and in the case of the fluorescent items offer superb visibility. However, our garments are not simply utilitarian. Style and elegance are integral at all points, and quality is a fundamental part of the Equafleece ethos. With 25 stock sizes we can outfit virtually all dogs from chihuahuas to great danes.
In fluorescent yellow and hi-viz pink, our exercise sheets, quarter sheets and saddle cloths are 100% water repellent, wicking and washable, saving you time and keeping you safe.
Our Polartec and hi-viz fleece jackets give warmth without weight, wear well, are shower proof and wash easily regardless of your activity. Together with our socks and neck warmers (as used by the Police) Equafleece will keep you toasty warm this winter.
